BrandingThe brief was that the Cybersmart logo needed some re-inventing. The business felt that the chalk board font was extremely dated and did not position the Cybersmart brand as a professional service company. The new corporate identity drew on the almost 20-year heritage of Cybersmart and we tried to position them for future growth across all our target markets. They logo needed to be accessible, appealing and credible to the full spectrum of their clients and work seamlessly across all collateral usage.

Founded in 1998, Cybersmart a leading, privately owned, first tier Internet Service and Infrastructure provider in South Africa. Lightswitch worked with Cybersmart on rebranding the well established corporate identity, we have since rebranded all their print and digital collateral and will soon be rolling out their new website.
User InterfaceAlong with the new branding Cybersmart wanted to create a new experience when signing up for internet connectivity. Lightswitch worked closely with the team and came up with a user journey that was simple; all products are related with the individual or businesses location, so why not start their and that's what we did. The user interface is clean and focused on getting the user to a product choice as fast as possible.
